October Vehicle Registration Renewals Alert: If your vehicle registration is up for Oct renewal, the postcard will say proof of insurance required. For 99% of residents, it is not. We have it in our records. Try to renew online or other method first as you should be fine if nothing has changed with your car insurance. Pay close attention when searching online for motor vehicle information. Check the URL of the site to determine if it is a safe, official DMV website belonging to Boulder County or the State of Colorado. These safe, official URLs will contain colorado.gov, bouldercounty.gov, or mydmv.colorado.gov.
