Voices of Open Space Podcast Series

Parks & Open Space is proud to announce the launch of its new podcast series, Voices of Open Space, a storytelling journey into the heart of public lands and the people who care for them.

Hessie Trailhead Shuttle

The free shuttle runs on Fridays, weekends, and holidays. It takes passengers from Nederland to the Hessie Trailhead, a popular entry point to Lost Lake and the Indian Peaks Wilderness area.

Conservation Awards

The Boulder County Commissioners and Parks & Open Space staff will present their annual Conservation Awards on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Individuals will be honored for outstanding contributions made to the preservation and protection of land-based environmental resources, promotion or preservation of cultural practices or cultural history, and community connections to open space.
