Muddy Trail Closures

Several trails are closed due to muddy conditions including trails at Heil Valley Ranch, Hall Ranch, and Ron Stewart Preserve.

Community Forestry Sort Yards

The sort yards open this month and accept logs, slash and timber free of charge. The Nederland Sort Yard was scheduled to open on May 6, but will be closed due to inclement weather. The yard will open on Thursday, May 7. The Meeker Park Sort Yard opens on May 13.

Alternating Trail Use Pilot Project

Boulder County is exploring a community-informed pilot program that tests alternating usage on select trails. Your input is needed to influence how the pilot is designed and help determine what matters most to trail users.
