Our office is open to accept drop-off applications with cash or check payments from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you would like to pay with a credit card or electronic check, you will need to apply online. For all other inquiries, you can contact us by calling 303-441-1564 or emailing HealthOWS@bouldercounty.gov to speak with a permit specialist. Most questions can be answered through a phone call or email the same day.

We do offer in-person or virtual consultations to discuss more complex issues through scheduled appointments. Please note that consultations requiring more than one hour may incur a fee of $155.85/hour.
