Board of County Commissioners Public Hearing

At a public hearing on May 29, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed the proposed Boulder County Land Use Code Text Amendments to the Floodplain Regulations, Articles 4 and 18, Concerning Cumulative Retroactive Application of “Substantial Improvement” Definition and Related Amendments.

BOCC Action: The Count Commissioners approved Docket DC-14-0002. Public testimony was taken. The changes are effective starting June 5, 2014, the date the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2014-49. This public hearing was webstreamed.

At a public hearing on May 21, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed draft Boulder County Land Use Code Text Amendments to the Floodplain Regulations, Articles 4 and 18, Concerning Cumulative Retroactive Application of “Substantial Improvement” Definition and Related Amendments.
