DC-13-0001: Various Policy Clarifications and Clean-Up Amendments

The Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting office at 2045 13th St., Boulder will be closed on Friday, October 11 and Monday, October 14 for both in-person and virtual services. The offices will return to normal office hours on Tuesday, October 15. Regular hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments are available on Tuesday but are not required. Schedule an appointment.

Proposed Boulder County Land Use Code Text amendments to Articles 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 13, and 17 to correct and clarify miscellaneous provisions within the Boulder County Land Use Code related to: advertising requirements for BCCP public hearings, eligibility of floodplain variances, clarification in the Kennel use classification, clarification in the Vehicle Service Center use classification, applicability of SPR in the Rural Community Districts, reinstating the Airport regulations, clarification to boundary line adjustment criteria, correcting references to Community Uses in the Sign regulations, and correcting the name of Boulder County Public Health throughout the Code.

BOCC Action: The board voted to approved DC-13-0001. The amendments were adopted on March 5, 2015, in Resolution 2015-43.
