Boulder County Planning Commission Agenda for Sept. 20, 2023

Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, beginning at 1:30 p.m. View the Sept. 20 meeting agenda.

Boulder County Planning Commission meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

Sept. 20 Agenda Items Include:

  1. Docket SU-23-0006: Farber Vacation Rental
    Request: Special Use Review to permit a Vacation Rental to be rented up to 365 nights per year to up to 4 guests.
    Location: 1059 Emerson Gulch Road, approximately .8 miles north of the intersection of Emerson Gulch Road and Fourmile Canyon Drive, in Section 13, Township 1N, Range 72W.
    Zoning: Forestry (F) Zoning District
    Applicant/Owner: Nathaniel Farber
    Action Requested: Recommendation to BOCC

  2. Docket DC-23-0001: Text Amendments to the Land Use Code related to Short-Term Dwelling and Vacation Rentals
    Text amendments to the Boulder County Land Use Code related to the Short-Term Dwelling and Vacation Rental uses in Article 4-507.E, Article 4-516.X, Article 4-516.Y, and any other related Articles and provisions necessary to integrate these changes.
