Boulder County Planning Commission Agenda for Oct. 18, 2023

Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, beginning at 1:30 p.m. View the Oct. 18 meeting agenda.

Boulder County Planning Commission meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

Oct. 18 Agenda Items Include:

  1. Docket SD-23-0003: Rodriguez TDR/PUD
    Public testimony will be taken
    Request: Request for a Sketch Plan review for a Transferred Development Rights (TDR) / Planned Unit Development receiving site consisting of a total of ten (10) residential lots on approximately 39.5 acres.
    Location: 6184 Niwot Road, located at the southwest corner of Niwot Road and N. 63rd Street, in Section 34, Township 2N, Range 70W.
    Zoning: Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District
    Applicant: Ifrain & Shannon Rodriguez
    Action Requested: Recommendation to BOCC

  2. Docket DC-23-0001: Text Amendments to the Land Use Code related to Short-Term Dwelling and Vacation Rentals (tabled from September 20, 2023 for Planning Commission discussion/recommendation)
    Public testimony will not be taken at this time
    Request: Text amendments to the Boulder County Land Use Code related to the Short-Term Dwelling and Vacation Rental uses in Article 4-507.E, Article 4-516.X, Article 4-516.Y, and any other related Articles and provisions necessary to integrate these changes.
    Action Requested: Recommendation to BOCC
