Boulder County Planning Commission Agenda for June 12, 2024

Boulder County Planning Commission meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

    Request: Special Review/Site Specific Development Plan request to permit a day care/pre-school as customary and incidental to an existing Church use.
    Location: 7520 South Boulder Road, located approximately 1 mile west of the intersection of South Boulder Rd and McCaslin Blvd, in Section 12, Township 1S, Range 70W.
