Boulder County, Colo. - Residents are invited to join the Boulder County Commissioners for a Town Hall on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to learn about Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE), Boulder County's sustainability program for businesses. This Town Hall will be held at the Lyons Fire Protection District, 251 Broadway Street, Lyons.

Join the commissioners and county staff from PACE for a brief presentation and an opportunity for questions. The commissioners will take questions on this topic and any other county-related topics brought up by residents.

PACE provides free expert advising services and financial incentives to help businesses improve their energy efficiency, waste diversion, water usage, and transportation emissions. Their programs help businesses make upgrades that save money and hassle, while also decreasing pollution and emissions in the process. PACE is part of Boulder County’s Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience.

PACE began in 1993 as a partnership of local governments and businesses committed to creating a business community with environmentally sustainable practices. Over the years, PACE has continued to evolve and expand its offerings to help businesses meet their sustainability goals.
