Offices will Open on the Regular Schedule on Monday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 a.m.

Boulder County, Colo. - All Boulder County Assessor’s offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 30, for employee development. The offices will return to normal office hours on Monday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 a.m. The Assessor’s offices’ regular hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and are closed on Fridays.

Onsite services will not be available on Nov. 30. Those who desire onsite services should either visit before Thursday, Nov. 30, or during normal office hours on Monday, Dec. 4. Upon re-opening, staff from the Assessor’s office will respond to all phone messages left at 303-441-3530 and emails sent to Assessor@BoulderCounty.gov. Additionally, Boulder County clients are encouraged to visit www.BoulderCounty.gov and navigate to the appropriate department to see if the service they are seeking is available online.

This specific closure date was chosen to minimize the impact on the public. November is historically when the office receives the least number of visitors.

“Keeping our team strong allows us to provide the best in the public service,” stated Boulder County Assessor Cynthia Braddock. “This year has been a particularly busy year during our normal business hours making it difficult to bring our staff together. Employee development and team building activities we have planned will strengthen our team, ensuring we continue to provide excellent service to Boulder County residents. I thank the community for their understanding, flexibility and patience with this closure.”
