Limited Impact Special Use Review for 1,824 square feet of Historic Accessory Dwelling Units and 1,266 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork, and Site Plan Review for a 4,900-square-foot residential addition resulting in 5,756 square feet of residential floor area on a 229 acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 2,500 square feet.
