Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0034/SPR-22-0136: Juhl Woody Residence, Barn, Non-foundational earthwork and Historic ADU.

Limited Impact Special Use Review for 4,815 CY of nonfoundational earthwork and a Historic ADU and Site Plan Review for a 6,550 sq ft residence and a 13,900 sq ft barn on a 40-acre parcel where the PSM is 4,654 sq ft at 5307 Independence Road.

The proposals are submitted by Ranmali and James Woody (applicants) with Robert & Earl Juhl (owners) and are in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 5307 Independence Road, approximately 3,300 feet east of the intersection of Independence Road and State Highway 119, Section 21, Township 1N, Range 70W.
