Public Opinion Surveys

2025 Boulder County Community Survey

Some county residents will receive a text message in November asking them to take part in a community survey regarding local issues and county programs and services. The text message will include the Boulder County logo. Answers are completely confidential and the survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Any questions, please email commissioners@bouldercounty.gov.

To assess public opinion on a range of events or issues of interest to county residents, the Board of County Commissioners regularly conducts public opinion surveys. Typically, the surveys are conducted on an annual basis.

The opinion surveys help guide the Commissioners in placing initiatives on the ballot, determining county policies, and budgeting county resources.
