- Personal checks, including Money Orders**
* A non-refundable fee is added to your total when paying with any type of credit or debit card. This Portal Administration Fee covers the cost of developing, maintaining, and enhancing the State’s official web portal. This fee is not charged for purchases under $10.00 per state statute C.R.S. 29-11.5-103.
** Electronic checks in any amount are accepted for a $1.00 Portal Administration Fee. A $41.00 returned check fee will be assessed per state statute C.R.S. 24-35-114.
