WfBC intends to bring together young adults in Boulder County to envision and design a future where they have access to career pathways and quality jobs. With a focus on imagination, design, and empowerment, this event will provide a platform for young minds to envision career pathways and lead the way in voicing what they want and need when securing employment. All participants will receive a gift bag for attendance.

With this program, a Career Support Specialist will work alongside the client to identify career goals, develop a career plan, connect with resources to build skills and confidence, and serve as a mentor and guide in the person’s career path.

WfBC may also be able to connect young adults with a paid internship experience to grow work-place skills, confidence, and community connections, or fund a short-term occupational skills certificate.
