Right of Entry deadline extended to next Friday

If you have not yet submitted a right-of-entry (ROE) form, you now have until 11:59 p.m., next Friday, Feb. 25 to decide whether to opt-in or –out of the coordinated private property debris removal (PPDR) program for destroyed properties. The deadline is being extended to provide more time for Boulder County, Louisville, and Superior to finalize information about project specifics like foundation removal and project schedules. The county and its partners will release new information as soon as details are finalized next week. Please visit the FAQs on the county’s website for the latest information.

Right-of-Entry forms can be submitted online. Property owners can also email the debris removal team at ROE@bouldercountgy.org or call 303-214-3203.
