BCAAA LGBT Volunteer Program?

Boulder County Area Agency on Aging (BCAAA) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Programs is exploring the possibility of providing LGBTQ or ally volunteer matches to LGBTQ older adults (60+) in our community to create connection and combat social isolation. Before we can proceed with designing a program, we need to assess if the need and resources exist.

• If you are someone who desires to be matched with an LGBTQ or ally volunteer, or
• If you would consider volunteering yourself to connect with an LGBTQ older adult, or
• If you are a professional who might refer LGBTQ older adults to receive volunteer services, or
• If you are a professional who might refer LGBTQ or ally people to volunteer to provide a connection to an LGBTQ older adult,
