Missing Female From Boulder Located

Boulder County, Colo. - On November 30th, 2020 at around 3:00pm a hiker in the area of the 8000 Block of Magnolia Road in Boulder County reported a suspicious vehicle in the woods. A Deputy was dispatched to the area, but due to a rather vague description of the actual area he was unable to locate the vehicle.

The individual who had reported the vehicle had provided the Boulder County Communication Center with the license plate number, and with additional research it was determined that the vehicle belonged to a missing and endangered 64 year old female who had last been seen in the City of Boulder around 11:00am on Sunday.

Deputies contacted the hiker by telephone for a better description and returned to the area again at around 6:30pm. The two Deputies began following vehicle tracks that went off-road and onto thickly wooded private property on the south side of Magnolia Road at the 8000 block. The vehicle was located 500 yards into the woods and was completely hidden from the road. The female was found inside the vehicle in obvious medical distress.

Timberline Fire Department as well as Gilpin County Ambulance responded to the scene to assist. The female was transported by medevac helicopter to Boulder Community Hospital for treatment.
