Community members can tour homes, learn about eligibility, and get help applying

• The Boulder County Housing Authority will host two open houses in early May to showcase affordable (below-market-rate) rental homes currently available in eastern Boulder County.
• Community members will be able to visit The Spoke on Coffman in Longmont on Tuesday, May 6, and Willoughby Corner in Lafayette on Thursday, May 8, where they can tour homes, learn more about eligibility, and get help applying to live in the communities.

The Spoke on Coffman open house will coincide with the grand opening event for Best Day Ever Coffee and Crepes, a new workforce development café that opened in April inside The Spoke building. The first 200 guests on Tuesday, May 6 between 4 and 6 p.m. will receive a free coffee or crepe from the café.
