Marshall Fire Grants and Other Support Available from One Application

Marshall Fire Grants and Other Support Available from One Application through Impact Development Fund (IDF)

Boulder Colo – Marshall Fire and Wind Event survivors can now use one application for a variety of available grants, loans and support.

As of Dec. 29, 2023, the Disaster Recovery team from the nonprofit Impact Development Fund (IDF), launched a new website with a streamlined application process for programs administered through IDF such as rebuilding grants, unmet needs grants, and Boulder County use tax rebate. All new applications can now be completed here: https://disaster-recovery.impactdf.org/

IDF has a team of 10 full-time staff members dedicated to the Disaster Recovery team, four of whom are specifically assigned to application intake and case management. To contact the IDF Disaster Recovery team:

• Call the main Disaster Recovery phone line for assistance: 970-744-4835.

• Email: program specific inboxes have been established for general inquiries. Email addresses can be found on the IDF website for each program.

• Meet with an Intake Specialist: set up a one-on-one appointment with your assigned Intake Specialist. Meetings are available via phone or video conference to connect about your case status, complete an application, discuss follow-up documents needed or next steps for funding. Your Intake Specialist will also ensure documentation is recorded and will establish a unique link for Dropbox to share documents privately and securely.

The IDF Disaster Recovery website will be continuously updated with new information from program partners, including the launch of the updated Colorado Energy Office Electrification Rebate application and the re-launch of the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Landlord Recovery Program.

Additionally, reference guides, program policies and FAQs for programs will be available, including DOLA updates to income review policies. The updated IDF website also includes appeal forms to request a secondary review of a current eligibility decision on the Housing Recovery Program or the Community Foundation Boulder County Rebuild Grant.
