Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County is continuing the plan update and public input process for the Integrated Weed Management Plan with five public meetings. All meetings will take place in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, Downtown Boulder County Courthouse,1325 Pearl St., 3rd Floor, Boulder. Remote attendance and public comment options will be available.

• Thursday, Jan. 25, 6:30 p.m. - Parks & Open Space Advisory Committee (POSAC) Meeting, Information Item. Goat Grazing for Weed Management presentation by Jordan Sarazen, Owner and Operator of Goat Bros Grazing. • Thursday, Feb. 22, 6:30 p.m. - POSAC Meeting, Public Hearing. Presentation of the Updated Draft Integrated Weed Management Plan. POSAC will listen to public comments and provide feedback to staff. • Thursday, March 28, 6:30 p.m. - POSAC Meeting, Deliberation and Recommendation (no additional public comment) Presentation of the Final Draft Integrated Weed Management Plan. POSAC will deliberate and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on whether to adopt the plan. • Tuesday, April 16, 3 p.m. - Board of County Commissioners Public Hearing The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to review the plan, consider POSAC recommendation, and listen to public feedback. • Tuesday, May 21, 1 p.m. - Board of County Commissioners Public Meeting (no additional public comment) The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public meeting to deliberate and vote on whether to adopt the plan.
