In order to safely replace a culvert under the road at Marshallville Ditch, Fairview Road will be closed at the ditch for approximately six weeks starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17. Marshallville Ditch is located approximately 500-feet east of 76^th Street. View a map of the location. The road is too narrow at the work site to safely maintain a lane of travel for motor vehicles and bicycles. Residents of Fairview Estates and their service providers will need to detour to Ord Drive off of Baseline Road to access the neighborhood. In order safely move travelers out Fairview Estates and onto Baseline Road from Ord Drive, a temporary three-way traffic signal will be placed at the intersection while Fairview Road is closed.

Emergency services have been notified of the detour. This work is weather dependent. Schedules may be adjusted if inclement weather prevents completing planned operations.
