Board of County Commissioners to hold public hearings on proposed Land Use Code text amendments

Two Land Use Code dockets will be considered by the Commissioners on Feb. 12, 2019


Boulder County, Colo. - The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will hold two public hearings for proposed Land Use Code amendment dockets on Tuesday morning, Feb. 12, 2019. DC-18-0001 - Amendments related to Subdivision Exemptions, Exemption Plats, and Building Lot Determinations, and DC-18-0005 - Amendments related to Floodplain Development Permits/Site Plan Review Article 4-800.

Public testimony will be taken at both hearings.

DC-18-0001: Board of County Commissioners Public Hearing, Feb. 12

Staff will present DC-18-0001 draft proposed text amendments to Articles 1, 9, and 18 of the Boulder County Land Use Code related to Subdivision Exemptions, Exemption Plats, and Building Lot Determinations.

Staff will present DC-18-0005 draft proposed text amendments to Article 4-800 of the Boulder County Land Use Code to clarify and streamline requirements for projects that require floodplain development permits.
