The Clerk & Recorder’s office is seeking a new graphics designer to work with from time to time on an hourly basis. Our needs vary every year, and have included projects like the following over the past several years:

• Mailers – Countywide mailer example
• Posters – High School Voter Registration Program example (included some time developing this secondary logo based off our current look/feel)
• Drink Coasters – 2018 election example
• Reports – Security Report example
• Infographics Reports – 2020 Data Report example and Ballot Process Standing Banner

We already have a suite of design elements (Illustrator and InDesign) that we can provide from our former designer (she is transitioning to a new career). We anticipate our upcoming projects to maintain the same look and feel. Most of the projects are for the Elections Division, but some may include Motor Vehicle and Recording.

This is not a formal request for proposal of services, as we do not anticipate spending more than $5,000 per year on design services. However, we want to cast a wide net locally and find the right person to work with us long-term.

Our office would prefer to work with a local graphic designer, preferably in Boulder County. They may be an individual or small firm.

To work with Boulder County, you will be required to provide W9 and have general liability listing Boulder County as an additional insured, and workers compensation, if applicable to your business (typically firms with more than one employee).
