Boulder County Sheriff’s Office seeks potential victims

Boulder County, Colo. - In July of this year, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for the arrest of Michael David Aisner, date of birth 08/20/49.

A guest as his residence, located in the 0 hundred block of North Cedar Brook Road in unincorporated Boulder County, contacted the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office after he noticed a camera in the shower that he was directed to use by Mr. Aisner. An investigation was conducted, and Mr. Aisner was subsequently charged with the following:

  • Tampering with physical evidence (F6)
  • Invasion of privacy for sexual gratification (M1) x7
  • Invasion of privacy for sexual gratification – attempted (M2) x6

Mr. Aisner turned himself in to the Boulder County Jail on August 12, 2019 and bonded out on the same date.

Mr. Aisner frequently had guests at this residence, some of which, were invited to stay there using a couch surfing app. Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation as well as interviews conducted with witnesses, we believe it is very likely that there are other local victims.

If you believe you may be a victim of, or observed inappropriate behavior associated with Mr. Aisner, please contact Detective Compton at 303-441-1760.

The associated Boulder County Sheriff’s Office case number is #19-3243.
