Boulder County Planning Commission agenda for March 17, 2021

Planning Commission public meeting will be held virtually starting at 3 p.m.


Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wednesday, March 17, 2021, beginning at 3 p.m.

Due to COVID-19 concerns Planning Commission meetings are being held virtually. Register to attend or speak on a docket item.

There will be opportunity to remotely provide public comment on the subject Docket during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting. Written comments for this item may be submitted by emailing planner@bouldercounty.org and referencing the Docket V-20-0008 in the subject of the email.     Request: Special Review and Site Specific Development Plan request for multiple principal uses on an approximately 0.9-acre parcel within the General Industrial Zoning District, including a Marijuana Establishment, Machine Shop, and Light Industrial use.
    Location: 1779 Valtec Lane, Lot 4 Valtec, located on the southwest side of Valtec Lane at its terminus approximately 750 feet north of its intersection with Arapahoe Road / State Highway 7 in Section 25, Township 1N, Range 70W.
