Arrest warrant was issued for Michael David Aisner

Boulder County, Colo. - Last year, on August 12, 2019, Michael David Aisner, date of birth 08/20/49, turned himself in to the Boulder County Jail and bonded out on the same date, after being charged with the following:

  • Tampering with physical evidence (F6)
  • Invasion of privacy for sexual gratification (M1) x7
  • Invasion of privacy for sexual gratification – attempted (M2) x6

The initial investigation was conducted after a guest as his residence, located in the 0 hundred block of North Cedar Brook Road in unincorporated Boulder County, contacted the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office after he noticed a camera in the shower that he was directed to use by Mr. Aisner.

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office requested the public’s assistance in identifying any other potential victims or other inappropriate behavior they witnessed by Mr. Aisner. Based on information we received from anonymous callers, further investigation was conducted and Mr. Aisner’s computer was searched for child pornography. A Boulder County Sheriff’s Office detective found videos containing child pornography the computer. Mr. Aisner was ultimately charged with possession of three videos that contained sexually explicit videos of children.

An arrest warrant was issued for Michael David Aisner for three counts of the crime of Sexual Exploitation of a Child (C.R.S. 18-6- 403 (3) (b.5)), a class 4 felony. Mr. Aisner turned himself in to the Boulder County Jail this morning.
