Boulder County Board of Adjustment meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) reviews appeals, makes decisions regarding certain sections of the Boulder County Land Use Code, the Director’s determinations, and requests for variances. View the Board of Adjustment Supplemental Rules and Procedures.

It is Boulder County policy to make county programs, meetings, activities, and services accessible to individuals with disabilities, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Meeting Schedule

The Board of Adjustment meets as needed on the first Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. Board of Adjustment meetings and hearings are open to the public.

The members of the BOA are county residents appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Note that members of the Land Use Planning Commission (PC) may substitute for these individuals as needed.
