| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background The Executive Board of Homeless Solutions for Boulder County (HSBC), the leadership body for the homeless services system in the county, is interested in contracting with a consultant to facilitate a day-long retreat that will explore and refine near-term directions for system efforts.
