Allows you to delay paying your property taxes until you sell your home or after you die. This program is run by the State of Colorado.

Colorado offers a property tax break for seniors who qualify. If a senior who qualified has died, their spouse may still get the tax break.

The Senior Tax Work-Off Program lets homeowners age 60 or older earn up to $1,000 to help pay the Boulder County portion of their property taxes. To qualify, you must live in the home you own, and it must be located in Boulder County.
