Board of County Commissioners public hearings and meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or attend in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder. Community Planning & Permitting Department
Special Event Regulations and Fee Schedule; The Community Planning & Permitting Department is currently in the process of revising the Special Event Regulations and Fee Schedule, which have not been updated since 2013.
Notable changes include:

• An update to the fee schedule to move to tiered fees, based on the impact of the event
• An increase to performance deposits held, based on the impact of the event
• An update of processes and required application materials
• Cleanup of language that mentions now defunct departments from the 2020 reorganization
