Hybrid Meeting: In-Person and Zoom Webinar The county commissioners take general public comments on any matter not being discussed in another current public hearing process. Open public comment addressed to the County Commissioners typically occurs at 9 a.m. on the first Thursday of the month unless the date falls on a holiday or needs to be rescheduled due to a calendar conflict. Check the Commissioners' Advance Agenda to confirm meeting date one week prior to regularly scheduled date. Find the link to view the meeting or provide public comment virtually on the Commissioners' Advance Agenda. Day of Public Comment: Visit the Open Meeting Portal to find the link to join virtually. Each speaker (up to 10 people) will be able to give public comment to the commissioners for three minutes each.
