Limited Impact Special Use Review request for 1,078 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork and Site Plan Review for a 3,579 sq ft residence on a 35-acre parcel where the PSM is 3,184 sq ft at 3129 Stone Canyon Road. The application is submitted by Douglas J Ruppel & Christine LaFortune (applicants/property owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 3129 Stone Canyon Road, approximately 2.5 miles north of the intersection of Stone Canyon Road and US Highway 36, Section 05, Township 3N, Range 70W.
