Limited Impact Special Use Review request to permit a Vacation Rental on a parcel larger than 5 acres in size within the Forestry zoning district. The application submitted by Greg Haarburger (applicant/property owner) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 14383 N. St. Vrain Drive, accessed via a private driveway that intersects N. St. Vrain Drive approximately 2 miles west of the intersection of N. St. Vrain Drive and Longmont Dam Road, in Section 3, Township 3N, Range 71W.
