Limited Impact Special Use Review for earthwork in excess of 500 cubic yard related to wetland restoration work at the Boulder County Prescott 2 Open Space. The application submitted by David Hirt, Boulder County Parks & Open Space (applicant/property owner) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 1835 Bunce School Road, located approximately 3.5 miles southwest of the intersection of S. St. Vrain Drive (State Highway 7) and Bunce School Road, in Sections 7 and 18, Township 2N, Range 72W.
