The proposal is submitted by Boulder Country Club Inc. c/o Michael Larson (applicant) and Boulder Municipal Sports Center DBA Boulder Country Club Inc. (owner). The subject property is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 7350 Clubhouse Road, approximately .3 miles west of the intersection of Clubhouse Road and N. 75th Street in Section 11, Township 1N, Range 70W.
