Limited Impact Special Use Review for a 1,497-square-foot Agricultural Worker ADU and Site Plan Review to construct a 6,509-square-foot residence and 6,000 square feet of agricultural structures resulting in 6,509 square feet of residential floor area on a 63 acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 5,168 square feet. The proposal is submitted by Lorraine & Gary Calderon (applicants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 13013 N. 66th Street, located approximately 0.55 miles north of the intersection of 66th Street and Highway 66 on Section 23, Township 3N, Range 70W.
