Limited Impact Special Use Review request for a 1,616-square-foot Agricultural Worker ADU and Site Plan Review to construct a 5,250-square-foot residence and 8,897 square feet of agricultural structures resulting in 5,250 square feet of residential floor area on a 12 acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 3,741 square feet. The proposal is submitted by Mark Young, c/o 4336 63rd Street LLC (applicant/owner), and is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 4336 N. 63rd Street, located approximately 0.15 miles north of the intersection of 63rd Street and Jay Road on Section 14, Township 1N, Range 70W.
