Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0013/SPR-22-0051: Nelson Residence

Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit 1,880 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork, and Site Plan Review for the construction of a 5,772-square-foot residence on a vacant approximately 5-acre parcel with a presumptive size maximum of 4,826 square feet. The proposal is submitted by Alex Nelson c/o Upland Construction & Development LLC (applicant/owner) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 1573 Linden Drive, Lot 302A, approximately 1 mile west of the intersection of Linden Drive and Spring Valley Road in Section 14, Township 1N, Range 71W.
