The application is submitted by Nuria Rivera – Vandermyde & Lauren Kolb c/o City of Boulder (applicant/owner). The subject property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 8975 Valmont Road, an approximately 90-acre parcel, located 0.5 mile west of the intersection of Valmont Road and N 95th Street, in Section 20, Township 1N, Range 69W.

Public testimony will be taken.
