Limited Impact Special Review to permit 15,937 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork for driveway construction, and Site Plan Review to permit construction of a 3,068-squarefoot residence on a 35-acre parcel. The application is submitted by Lawrence Mestan & Laura Passe (applicants/owners) and Colin Geminden c/o Rocky Ridge Civil Engineering (agent). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 464 Chute Road, on the south side of the south fork of Chute Road, approximately 0.8 miles east of the intersection of Chute Road and Gross Dam Road, in Section 33, Township 1S, Range 71W.

Public testimony will be taken.
