Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit an agricultural worker accessory dwelling, where 1,609 sq. ft. of an existing dwelling will be deconstructed and converted into an ADU, and Site Plan Review to construct a new 6,960 sq. ft. residence with 1,073 sq. ft. of covered porch area on an approximately 38.4-acre parcel where the PSM is 4,311 sq. ft. The application is submitted by John Volkmar (owner/applicant) and Flower Architecture (agent). The subject property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 5196 Oxford Road, parcel number 131728000003, located approximately 0.1 miles east of the intersection of Ouray Drive and Oxford Road, Section 28, Township 2N, Range 70W.
