K9 Sapper joined the BCSO K9 Unit in 2020, when she was 1 ½ years old.
K9 Sapper is a Belgian Malinois, and is originally from the Netherlands.
She attended a four month academy with her handler, Deputy Williams, and is certified in explosive detection and patrol work.
