The Recording Division physical office is closed to the public. Online/phone services are available Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Limited in-person services are available by appointment.

Drop Boxes for Boulder County Recording Division

For your convenience, 24-hour drop boxes are available outside all three Clerk & Recorder facilities: BoulderLafayette (next to door from parking lot – looks like mail slot) – Longmont offices. Please place documents in a folder or envelope marked “Recording” and include your contact information.

Drop boxes are checked twice daily. Depending on the time of drop off, documents may not be recorded until the next business day.
