Background

Docket DC-11-0002: A Variety of Policy Clarifications proposed Land Use Code amendments related to: Conservation Easement-holder signatures on applications, the classification of garage sales, cumulative square footage increases as a trigger for SPR, factor to overcome the SPR size presumption if a project already exceeds the allowable size, determiner of adequate water supply in 1041 applications, missing word in Subdivision Exemption section, and definition of Building Lot.
