Boulder County, Colo.-- On May 29, 2024, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission unanimously approved a one-year extension for the Xcel Marshall Fire Rebuild Rebates for those customers who lost their homes and are rebuilding.

The new deadline for receipt of an approved permit is June 30, 2025, for the mixed fuel rebate tiers. There is currently no deadline for the ENERGY STAR + NextGen ($17,500) and the Passive House - PHI/PHIUS ($37,500) rebates.
