Workforce Boulder County Announces Business Grants for Employee Development Training Program

Grants funded by the Incumbent Worker Training Program

Boulder County, Colo. -- Workforce Boulder County has grants available for employers in its Employee Development Program. The purpose of this program is to fund training that helps reduce the skills gap challenge faced by employers, and to build and maintain a highly trained workforce by providing opportunities to obtain certificates, credentials, or industry specific development.

Participating employees must be employed for a minimum of six months by the current employer, and be employed in one of the following sectors:

  • Technology
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Healthcare
  • Transportation

Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to employers in Boulder County, and their employees, that meet grant eligibility criteria. This is an ongoing grant through December 2023.
