Online survey open through August 23

Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting is seeking public input on the design of a bikeway overpass over N. 63rd Street for the Diagonal Highway 119 Bikeway.
To ensure that the bikeway overpass meets the needs of the community, Boulder County is inviting residents to participate in a brief survey. The survey offers an opportunity for the public to provide feedback on aesthetics and design features. The survey will be open until August 23, 2024.

Survey Deadline: Friday, August 23, 2024
Background
Due to a conflict with an existing waterline, the underpass originally planned in this location will be replaced with an overpass. The Project Team is in the process of developing several bikeway overpass design concepts. Responses from this survey will be used to help guide the direction of the design concepts. These concepts will be presented to the public for another round of feedback in fall 2024.
The CO 119 Bikeway is part of the CO 119 Safety, Mobility, and Bikeway project, a collaborative effort between Boulder County, the Colorado Department of Transportation, the Regional Transportation District, and the cities of Boulder and Longmont to implement safety and mobility improvements along CO 119 (also known as the Diagonal Highway). The project will make traveling through the corridor safer for all modes, as well as faster and more reliable for public transit. Residents are encouraged to visit the project website to learn more about the effort.
Boulder County appreciates the community's participation and input in this important project.
