Boulder County, Colo.

On August 14, 2025, at about 10:51 p.m., the Boulder Regional Communications Center received multiple calls regarding a house on fire in the 1400 block of Vinca Place in Superior, Colorado.

Personnel from the Boulder County Sheriff's Office, Mountain View Fire Protection District, Louisville Fire Department and the Lafayette Fire Department responded to the scene and found two homes on fire.

Firefighters mobilized to fight the fire and the flames were quickly extinguished. The occupants of one house were able to escape unharmed. The other home was unoccupied. No injuries were reported during this incident. Both homes sustained fire and water damage.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Mountain View Fire Protection District. This fire is documented under Boulder County Sheriff's Office case report number #25-03961.
